AuditLink, the audit and compliance division of the West Michigan-based CUSO, CU*Answers, has been providing assistance to credit unions converting to the CU*BASE® core processing platform in 2014. “Our goal is to support the conversion team at CU*Answers and our new client credit unions through what can often be a stressful time,” said Marsha Sapino, AuditLink Associate. “Most recently, we assisted with the conversion of $582 million CitizensFirst Credit Union in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.”
AuditLink was also present for the conversions of $466 million Notre Dame Federal Credit Union and $429 million Kellogg Community Federal Credit Union. Sapino added, “Our main focus is to help the compliance department, but we will lend a hand in other departments like lending, back office and front line, if they need us.” AuditLink will continue to lend a hand whether in person or via web sessions for the upcoming 2015 conversion season.
