A free, three-part educational series of classes was offered via online webinar August 13th by CU*Answers, a 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO. The courses train credit unions on the Report Builder (Query) toolset within the CU*BASE core processing platform. Asterisk Intelligence, a team of data analysts at CU*Answers, led the trainings which received positive feedback and saw over twenty participants in each session. Many individuals committed to the full day of training by attending all three sessions within the same day.
The series of educational courses on Report Builder (Query) are primarily technical with specific techniques for finding and understanding data tables, plus procedures and best practices for using the Report Builder tool. The tool is an especially valuable resource for individuals in the roles of data analyst and database administrator at their credit unions.
Asterisk Intelligence is scheduled to teach an expanded classroom workshop version of these courses during their next Asterisk Intelligence Week event in September 2018. The popular event is already fully booked and closed to new registrations.
