In 2017, the Lender*VP Collections team set a goal of reaching 127,000 accounts managed. The team far exceeded the goal by reaching over 175,00 contacts made with members. “We have gotten more efficient and better trained at what we do and the results prove it,” stated Jerry Collins, collections manager. “We will continue to provide full-time and short-term support for our clients in 2018 and beyond.
