Allegan Community Credit Union, based in Merrill, WI, joined the Xtend Branch XT Support client list this month. Allegan Community has three locations and a membership base of 8,000. Xtend will be assisting Allegan Community members from 8:00am to 8:00pm ET. Xtend’s Contact Center Manager, Jason Conrad added: “We are excited to be working with Allegan Community Credit Union. Branch XT is a primary inbound member service call center solution. This service allows credit unions to extend their member support hours, add service capabilities without adding brick and mortar, and provide effective support for a growing list of electronic services. Participating credit unions can choose to use Branch XT for overflow and after hour calls.
