Total Community Credit Union, based in Taylor, MI, joined the Xtend web chat support client list this month. Total Community has one location and a membership base of over 6,600. Xtend looks forward to working with its new partner and assisting Total Community members from 8:00am to 11:00pm ET.

“Our web chat service allows our partners to open earlier, stay open longer and utilize the weekends through Xtend,” said Jason Conrad, Xtend’s Contact Center manager. “This includes assisting qualifying new members who are interested in joining the credit union!” Members can chat with representatives from both their credit union website and within It’s Me 247 Online Banking. All chats are provided using a secure interface with industry-leading vendor of security protocols.
