Park City Credit Union, based in Merrill, WI, joined the Xtend Branch XT Support client list this month. Park City has seven locations and a membership base of over 19,000. Xtend’s Contact Center Manager Jason Conrad added, “We look forward to working with our new partner and assisting Park City members from 7:00am to 7:00pm CT.”

Branch XT is a primary inbound member service call center solution. This service allows credit unions to extend their member support hours, add service capabilities without adding brick and mortar, and provide effective support for a growing list of electronic services. Participating credit unions can choose to use Branch XT for overflow and after hour calls.
