Learning Café promotes western region shift

The CU*Answers Client Services and Education team recently announced extended call support hours for clients. As of Wednesday, January 2nd, CU*Answers extended call coverage from 6pm ET to midnight. These new hours allow the CUSO to provide additional support to all client credit unions west of the eastern time zone, including clients in Hawaii. Laura Welch-Vilker and Kasey Woodhead hosted the Thursday, January 17th Learning Café which promoted these extended hours to the network.

Kasey Woodhead, assistant manager of Client Services and Education said: “This will give us an opportunity to increase our response times as the second shift continues to work/research any outstanding incidents, having them resolved for the client when they get in the next day.”
