CU*Answers discovering success with transition group calls for newly converted clients

Cooperative CUSO CU*Answers recently announced that an existing process that they have coined as the Transition Group is making a very positive impact on new clients. “The Transition Group is comprised of talented individuals from the Client Services and Education team, with the stated goal of providing on-going training to our new clients on a weekly basis for 6 months post conversion,” said Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of the Client Services and Education team. “Prior to the actual conversion, we offer hands on training for the basics of the software. These transition meetings allow us to take training to the next level, introducing them to new features they may want to take advantage of.”
