Xtend, a Grand Rapids-based CUSO, has announced its semi-annual Xtend Sales and Marketing Roundtable dates of August 6 & 7, 2018, which attracts marketing and sales professionals across the country. The event allows credit unions to participate in an intimate conversation with their peers, sharing best practices for marketing initiatives.
The group discusses trends in marketing during the two-day event, sharing experiences, successes and pitfalls. Topics for this roundtable included ROI tracking, compliance, 2018 marketing themes and goals, and social media best practices. The theme to the summer session will circle around creating a sales culture, along with sales incentive plans.
