CU*Answers is enhancing the ability to print envelopes for non-members. While printing an envelope for a member in CU*BASE^® is a breeze, the process for printing an envelope for a non-member was not as simple. Thanks to an Idea Form submitted by Aeroquip Credit Union, as well as contributions from attendees at the quarterly Collections Roundtable events, the Work With Non-Member Database feature will now have an option to easily print an envelope for a non-member.
