Cooperative CUSO and core data processor, CU*Answers, recently held its March Tricks of the Trade webinar on March 17. This month’s webinar focused on member facing features that can be used within the CU*Answers online banking product It’s Me 247. The features highlighted included communications with members, online ballots, strategies for securing and controlling member access, and automated management of wrong email address. All of these tools for online banking are fully integrated with the CU*Answers core data processing system, CU*BASE^®.

CU*Answers offers a new “Tricks of the Trade” webinar monthly for credit union clients to be able to view live or review at a later point in time. The series provides quick hitting tips on accomplishing various tasks within the system and interesting CU*Answers news that clients may have missed.
