At its December board meeting, the Board of Directors for Xtend, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, approved a facility expansion project that would add 20% more space for the Xtension Contact Center. The project, which is expected to be completed by the end of January 2015, allows the CUSO to add more capacity to meet the growing demand for its inbound and outbound services.
Xtend President Collins commented, “We continue to see an increasing demand for our inbound member support and outbound lead generation services, and arming this additional space for use by our call center agents allows us to expand our team accordingly. We had budgeted this for a spring 2015 project, but demand for our services has exceeded expectation so we decided to pull the trigger a few months ahead of schedule.”
Luis Bedevia, Manager of Xtend’s Contact Center business unit added, “Our team is excited that there will be more seats to fill in the coming months. We have several new client launches on the calendar after the holidays, so this expanded footprint will be a welcome addition.”
Xtension currently supports a total of sixty-five credit union and CUSO clients.
