eDOC Innovations, a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), has announced the promotion of Mark Fierro to Executive Vice President. Mark joined eDOC Innovations in 2000 as an Account Manager and worked his way up to Product Manager, Manager of Implementations, and Vice President of Client Development before his promotion to Executive Vice President. In addition to his 14 years at eDOC Innovations, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer at Sharon Credit Union, which, as a key member of the senior management team, became one of the fastest growing credit unions in Massachusetts.

With 28 years of leadership experience in the credit union industry, Mark is highly knowledgeable in credit union procedures and products, a motivating and collaborative manager to his staff, and a firm believer in the credit union movement and the benefits that credit unions bring to their members. In his free time, Mark and his wife Tabitha care for a diverse group of animals on their hobby farm in Salisbury, Vermont, and take great pleasure in entertaining family and friends.

Mark looks forward to enhancing eDOC Innovations’ client development and technology initiatives as the CUSO continues as an industry leader in core image processing solutions.
