CU*Answers, credit union-owned core processor, has already geared up for the 2014 credit union tradeshow season by attending the Illinois, Minnesota and Ohio events, and now the annual Wisconsin event in Milwaukee, May 8-10. In attendance with CU*Answers representatives were individuals from its cuasterisk.com network, Liz Winninger from the Xtend sister CUSO, Carol Middaugh from their eDOC Innovations sister CUSO, and Jim Lawrence from CU*Answers Disaster Recovery and Business Recovery Services department. Per Mike Gruber, a regional sales rep for CU*Answers, “we do so much more than just data processing that we feel having representatives from more of our sister CUSOs with us is important in conveying the total scope of products and services when working with the CU*Answers CUSO.”
Mr. Gruber was in attendance to speak with various leaders of credit unions about the CU*Answers CUSO and its various partners on the value of CUSO ownership, greater control of your processor, and the outstanding toolset that the CU*BASE® platform offers. CU*Answers hosted a live demonstration of the core platform at its tradeshow booth to display some of the great features within the CU*BASE system including the many powerful dashboards and targeted analysis tools.
CU*Answers has more partner credit unions on their CU*BASE core data processing system than any other data processor for credit unions over 2,500 members in the state of Wisconsin. The CUSO currently has twenty clients in Wisconsin, and will be adding Citizens First Credit Union in November.
