CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, hosted a Regional Training Event in Northern Michigan in April at Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union. This special event had presentations from CU*Answers, Jim Vilker, NCCO, VP of Professional Services, and guest speakers Charlie McQueen, the CEO of MFA, one of the nation’s leading advisors related to balance sheet management, as well as Bryce Roth, co-founder of ChatterYak!, a social media consulting and product offering business.

Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Services and Education, states, “We had great participation from our credit union clients in the Northern Michigan area, and we have already had requests from other clients to bring the same line-up to other areas of the country.”
