CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned, cooperative CUSO is offering its internal staff a trainer certification program through its Organizational Resource Development team in May. The certification process consists of three hour long class periods as well as a presentation that prospective trainers will give. Once certified, trainers will be able to teach internal training.

“This program was created to hone skills like audience control, effective communication and building powerful presentations,” said Scott Page, EVP of CU*Answers. “Whether presenting is new to our staff and they would just like to learn more, or if they have been presenting for a while and would like to freshen their approach, this process is available to all full or part time CU*Answers employees, and is another way that we can help develop our own internal resources.”
