CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO, announced it will be hosting three special events in March 2014. The events will center around accounting within the credit union industry and within the CU*Answers network of credit unions. The events will be held on March 25^th and 26^th in Grand Rapids, Michigan and will cover the following subject matter:

• March 25^th, Accounting Top 10 Focus Group. CU*Answers clients have the opportunity to send their accounting and back office experts to Grand Rapids to sit down with CU*Answers developers to prioritize, envision, and deliver new accounting tools on the CU*BASE system. This is the third meeting of the Accounting Top 10 Focus Group.
• March 25^th, CFO Strategies. CU*Answers will host a networking session for credit union CFOs and accounting leaders to discuss financial issues related to credit unions and the solutions within the CUSO’s network. This is the inaugural meeting for the CFO Strategies event.
• March 26^th, CUSO Pricing Focus Group. Credit Unions within the CU*Answers network will have the opportunity to sit down with CU*Answers CEO, Randy Karnes, to discuss CU*Answers’ pricing trends, challenges, and potential future solutions. Additionally, credit unions will be able to interact with the CU*Answers Board of Directors and senior leadership on how CUSO pricing designs affect credit union budgets and operations.

CU*Answers stated the point of these networking opportunities is to get its clients and owners involved in the CUSO’s cooperative model.
