CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned cooperative CUSO, recently augmented its investment in electronic document imaging by adding new account executives and programming resources to its Imaging Solutions team. This additional investment will allow CU*Answers Imaging Solutions team to provide new and more deeply integrated imaging solutions and services to their credit union owners.

Starting with a new member document portal that is responsive to mobile devices and more tightly integrated with their It’s Me 247 online banking product. Beyond programming projects, credit unions leveraging CU*Answers Imaging Solutions offerings will enjoy new service levels tailored specifically for CU*BASE^® core processing credit unions not previously available through outside document imaging vendors.
