CU*Answers announced its top ten software enhancements for 2013 today.  These top ten were selected from experts within the company, including the CEO, the Electronic Document Strategies Manager, and the head of AuditLink division of CU*Answers Professional Services.

Top on the list was the Targeted Tiered Services dashboard, which allows deep-dive analytics into a program that rewards members for participation in their credit union.  CEO Randy Karnes said that this dashboard shows, “Not only how the entire membership scores, but also subsets, such as how online bankers score based on their loan balances.”

Other top ten software enhancements included a service charge redesign, the auto-launch of photo IDs, and improved auditing in bill pay.  Jim Vilker, head of AuditLink, said the improved auditing of bill pay has already “saved credit unions over $180,000 from its launch in March to the end of December.”
