West Michigan-based core processor, CU*Answers, has been working with third party forms vendors to make a needed change to the form FACT Act Notice that clients use.

The form needs to be updated to reflect a change in Experian’s P.O. Box address.  The project will start with Bid and Authorization forms being sent out to clients starting the week of November 11, 2013. If Experian isn’t being used, and there are no plans of switching to Experian, then the form does not have to be updated.

All forms that are sent to LenderVPForms.com from any forms provider are bid out, unless the credit union instructs them differently.
