West Michigan cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers, is once again bucking the trend of laying off staff and is instead adding another full time position to the Collections area. CU*Answers has more than doubled their workforce in the last two years despite economic down turn in the country and especially in Michigan where CU*Answers is headquartered.
Collections is an ancillary service to CU*Answers CU*BASE® core processing system and the number of Collections clients is on the rise. Currently the collections team has three full time employees and ten part time employees that service over 100K accounts a year.
