CU*Answers Client Services and Education Team Takes Staff Training to the Next Level

The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers is pleased to announce that one of their Client Service Account Executives has taken a position on the CU*Answers Quality Control Team. The Client Service Team is a great place for an individual to begin their career at CU*Answers.  The team is the front line of support for clients as it relates to CU*BASE®, CU*Answers software platform.  Due to the nature of the calls; being on the Client Service Team requires a very in-depth understanding of the software.  The experience that individuals gain on the Client Service Team is invaluable, and provides opportunities for growth within the organization.
