CU*Answers, the core processing cooperative CUSO, once again increased their Collections portfolio adding another client. First United Credit Union in Grandville, Michigan converted from another agency to CU*Answers after hearing about their processes through networking with the Credit Union data processor.
CU*Answers offers ancillary services like bookkeeping and web services in addition to Collections and has found that offering these services can bring an expertise to the Credit Union that may not currently exist. CU*Answers uses economies of scale model to provide expert services and at a very economical price.
