CU*Answers Archival Services Goes In-House

CU*Answers, the West Michigan-based core data processing cooperative, recently announced its decision to harness the power of its in-house archival solution powered by eDOC Innovations, eliminating the need to use software owned and managed by a third-party for archival of reports and statements.

Company representatives of CU*Answers indicate the change to archival services will greatly simplify and improve the process by eliminating the time it takes to select data to archive, and will prevent credit unions from losing certain reports or statements due to human error. A CU*Answers representative went on to say “The software we will use, powered by eDOC Innovations, is a tested and proven method we are fully confident in. Since 2012, we’ve been using this same software to store eReceipts on CDs and have found that the software operates smoothly, efficiently and reliably.”
