CU*Answers, the 100% credit union-owned core data processor, is continuing its practice of keeping its clients up to speed on all 5300 Call Report changes. In addition to the continuing improvements to their core platform CU*BASE®—new ratios and automation routines added in recent releases—CU*Answers has also provided its credit union clients with a quarterly announcement with any changes and tips on how to use the software.
The cooperative CUSO added that it is encouraging client credit unions to attend the training for its upcoming 13.0 release—the first major release of 2013—to learn more about the enhancements to the call report. The release also includes many exciting new and enhanced features such as the free remote deposit capture strategy Promise Deposits, and the addition of the It’s Me 247 Online Banking Investment Center, where the CUSO plans to allow members to view their investment information directly from their credit union’s online banking solution.
