CU*Answers Client Service and Education Team Initiatives

The West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, CU*Answers is pleased to announce some of their on-going client education initiatives. In 2013 CU*Answers teamed up with a new partner, CU Training Inc. to offer a new online campus. “In addition to the new online campus, we have also added 22 new courses to our annual training offerings, five weeks of classroom training, and 78 web conferences are also on the calendar. As the year progresses we will offer more educational opportunities as needs arise. This typically brings our annual web conference offering close to 300,” states Laura Welch-Vilker, VP of Client Service and Education.

The Client Service and Education Team also coordinate all of our Regional Training Events. “These are training events that we host around the country in areas that we have a high concentration of clients. We do this in an effort to get face-time with clients that normally would be participating in our web conference offerings,” states Welch-Vilker. The Client Service and Education Team also sends out 2 monthly newsletters informing clients of events that are taking place in the coming months.
