Call Center Adds Two Florida Credit Unions

Xtend, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, has been selected by two Florida-based credit unions to provide inbound member support services.  Pensacola Government Federal Credit Union (www.pgfcu.com) began directing overflow member support calls to the CUSO’s Xtension Call Center in mid-February, and San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union (www.sacfcu.org) will be following suit in mid-March.  Both credit unions are online clients of data processors from the cuasterisk.com (www.cuasterisk.com) CUSO network – PGFCU utilizes Fairhope, Alabama-based CU*SOUTH (www.cusouth.com) and SACFCU utilizes Grand Rapids, Michigan-based CU*Answers, Inc. (www.cuanswers.com).

“We are excited that both of these partners have engaged our cooperative call center to assist with their member support strategy,” noted Xtend President Scott Collins.  “It goes without saying that our Michigan-based team is also excited to talk with members in Florida, especially this time of year.”  Collins also pointed out that using a common core data processing solution has made it easy for his call center to expand nationally.  “The CU*BASE® core is really the glue that holds our solution together,” he said, “and our partners at CU*SOUTH and CU*Answers have provided a platform that our agents can leverage alongside PGFCU and SACFCU.”
