Xtend helps credit unions better understand the data behind new members

Cooperative CUSO Xtend is proud to announce a new partnership with Isabella Community Credit Union to deliver a fully customized New Member Report designed to give the credit union deeper insight into onboarding performance and early member engagement.

The New Member Report was developed by Xtend to help credit unions better understand key factors that influence new-member activity, including which branches new members are joining and why, what products new members are showing interest in, which services members enroll in and actively engage with, and more, completely determined by the credit union.
