Xtend is pleased to announce a new partnership with TruChoice Federal Credit Union to launch the credit union’s first “Losing the Loan” messages as part of its ongoing “Losing the Love” member-retention initiative.
Developed by Xtend, the Losing the Loan program is designed to strengthen member engagement at key moments in the lending lifecycle. The program can operate as a stand-alone solution or be integrated seamlessly into the existing Losing the Love platform through the addition of three targeted, lending-focused surveys.
