Xtend hosted its Annual Conference on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, in Grand Rapids Michigan with over 200 attendees present. Both leaders and rising stars of Xtend’s teams hosted the conference under the theme of “Catalyst for Change: Momentum Starts Here,” while searching for the next CEO for the first time in Xtend’s history. VP of Operations, Zac Chaltry, opened the conference with a strong introduction and a reminder that the current leadership team at Xtend and the vision set forth have maintained momentum.

“The Xtend Annual Conference was a powerful reflection of the incredible team we’ve built,” said VP of Innovation and Strategy Jalyn Lindeman. “From the main stage to the behind-the-scenes magic, every person brought passion, poise, and professionalism. We challenged the team to tell their story, not of what they’ve accomplished or what’s to come, but of the catalysts we’ve become and the momentum we’re building to change for the benefit of our credit unions. One attendee asked if we had hired speaking coaches — but the truth is, that confidence comes from caring deeply about the work we do. I couldn’t be prouder of this team and what we’re building together. This is just the beginning.”

The Xtend Leadership team believes that the future remains clear and bright for the Xtend team and our credit union partners, and the success they experienced at the conference on Tuesday demonstrates the strength of their growth and impact in the network today.
