With Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) becoming a popular topic among credit unions, Xtend is leading this conversation by pushing financial institutions to clean up their data before turning on the feature.
In this effort, the Communications Team at Xtend has created an enhanced campaign to help credit unions encourage members to update their information. “The Data Hygiene campaign is not your traditional marketing campaign; our goal is to reach members who potentially have bad contact information documented and encourage them to update it,” said Emily Ellis, Senior Project Specialist.
The campaign is designed with a strategic approach with multiple communication channels and multiple target audiences to ensure no stone is left unturned.
