Mark Fierro, Chief Executive Officer at eDOC Innovations Inc., announced that Joshua Jones has been appointed Chief Technology Officer at the Credit Union Service Organization. Josh has been with the company for more than twenty years previously serving as the Vice President of Research and Development where he led the day-to-day development efforts.
Joshua joined eDOC Innovations, Inc. in 2002, working as a customer support representative. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Systems Integration at Weber State University. After receiving his degree, he joined the development team and has enjoyed creating software for eDOC ever since.
“For the past several years, we have been grooming Josh Jones to fill this role pending the retirement of our long time CTO, Lhomond Jones. Josh was our VP of R&D prior to this assignment,” Mark stated. “With our plan to migrate our technology stack over the next several years, now is the time to make that change. Josh has been our lead architect for eDOCSignature and the primary technical contact with the many integrators we have on the platform. Josh was also the lead architect of our new Corp eSign solution that largely utilizes our technology stack of the future.”
“I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to serve as the new Chief Technology Officer,” commented Josh. “It has been a privilege working with so many talented individuals at eDOC. Each team member is dedicated to producing and supporting software that makes digital transaction processing available to all credit unions. I look forward to the new challenges this role will entail and for the opportunity to focus my efforts on binding our teams closer together, updating our technology stack, and producing more intuitive and easier to support software.”
