CU*Answers sets date for annual sales meeting

CU*Answers, the cooperative CUSO headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, announced that it would be holding its Annual Sales Meeting on August 9th and 10th. The event will once again take place at its traditional location. Watermark Country Club in Grand Rapids.

Scott Collins, Executive Vice President of National Sales and Marketplace Development for the CUSO, said, “We are excited to once again host our peers and business partners for a couple days of celebration, collaboration and strategic planning this August. Between our internal business unit leaders, territory representatives, certified distributors, and other vested partners we anticipate nearly four dozen participants will be joining us again this year. The August meeting gives us all a chance to align our budgets and resources effectively for the coming year as well as brainstorm on ways to be even more effective bringing more credit union partners into our network of 360+ institutions.”

Collins noted that the event would follow its traditional schedule, where Day 1 would focus on the various brands of CU*Answers’ Management Services business units and Day 2 would focus on core sales, the competitive marketplace and cross-network collaboration. “Day 2 will also include our annual sales audit report, which I consider one of the most important ‘walk the talk’ assessments we perform for our board of directors and cooperative owners,” Collins said. “We are proud of how our sales processes mirror our cooperative principles, and the annual sales audit helps validate that alignment.”
