West Michigan-based cooperative CUSO CU*Answers is pleased to announce the Client Services and Education Team has added another client services representative to the team, AJ Schalk.
With prior business experience, AJ Schalk understands the demands of an organization like CU*Answers. He both has noticed a parallel between CU*Answers and other credit unions since he started working here and appreciates applying his skills to his position daily. “I think the biggest connection between my previous work and here is the ability to talk with clients and make sure that they are comfortable with the service that we are providing,” AJ explained.
