Xtend Data Analytics is launching a new product on Friday, December 3rd, 2021: The Losing the Love Scorecard. This short analysis will provide clients with a two-page PDF that offers insight into recently closed memberships and currently disengaging members, before providing clients with two recommended action items they can take based off the data studied.
“Losing the Love started as a dashboard tool in CU*BASE and was the inspiration for Xtend’s own Losing the Love communications program,” said Sarah Ashby, Xtend business intelligence manager. “Both laid the groundwork for what clients wanted to know: is member retention an area of concern for my credit union, and how can I get this information delivered directly to me without the high cost of time or labor? Xtend has always been happy to step in and help answer these questions, and now we have a set product to help clients study and act on their retention insights quickly.”
