CU*Answer has enhanced its fee configuration for members that want their ACH pending deposits early. Previously if a member wanted their ACH deposit early, they could do it themselves via online banking or mobile app, or they could contact the credit union and request it. The fee was the same no matter what channel they used. With the newest release of CU*BASE, the credit union can configure the fee to be more or less if the member facilitates this request themselves via the e-services channels, thereby saving front line member staff time and energy of performing this task for members.
