CU*Answers, the cooperative CUSO headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has accepted an invitation from IBM Corporation to attend a client briefing at IBM’s Rochester, Minnesota Executive Briefing Center on October 19th. Leaders from various CU*Answers business units are expected to attend the day-long briefing.
Scott Collins, Executive Vice President of National Sales and Marketplace Relationships at the CUSO commented, “We consider IBM one of our most important business partners, and we are excited that we will have a day with their POWER technology experts next month. It has been several years since we have been able to coordinate a date for a technical briefing, so we were quick to say yes to the October date when it was proposed. CU*Answers has leveraged IBM server technology as a Certified IBM Business Partner for more than two decades, and we look forward to hearing from their experts on the tactical and strategic investments they are making that will help us for many years to come.”
Collins noted that several members of the CUSO’s Executive Council would participate in the Briefing Event. “The timing is perfect for our team – early in our fiscal year and mid-cycle for our new core server investments,” said Collins.
