Affinity Credit Union will begin testing an integration to CU*BASE from a coin machine. This integration allows members to deposit coins into the machine, have them counted, and then have that amount deposited directly into their account. This saves teller time, as the member does not need to take a receipt to the teller line in order to get the funds into their credit union account. This is a great convenience not only for the member, but also the credit union as it improves lobby flow and keeps tellers free to work with more members as well as more complicated transactions.
