OpsEngine, the operations division of cooperative CUSO CU*Answers, announced that as part of its new vision for the team, two individuals will be moving into new management roles. Jeff Miller is being promoted to AVP of Operations and Business Development, responsible for the oversight and development of the operations management team and strategic planning for the department. Vanessa France is being promoted to Assistant Manager of the Operations Team, and will now be overseeing the daily activities of the department, as well as interacting with other teams, client credit unions, and vendors to ensure smooth project implementations and conversions.

“We’re building on the previous milestones of 24/7 processing across time zones, a local focus on the credit union, and a fresh new mindset that helped us launch the Las Vegas Innovation Center,” said Miller. “We’re growing to accommodate the changes that are on the horizon for CU*Answers and across the cuasterisk.com network.”

Amber Overla, VP of Organizational Resource Development, added that Jeff’s breadth of experience and knowledge in business management and process improvement will be key as the CUSO builds the core production center and OpsEngine brand. “Vanessa’s experience, work ethic, and dedication are the perfect blend to build the new OpsEngine management team around,” Overla added.
