CU*Answers, the 100% credit union owned cooperative based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has made great strides to improve the daily back-office functions for its core processing partners. The CUSO will soon release a greatly improved subsidiary processing toolset in their flagship core processing system, CU*BASE. The goal for the data processor was to significantly simplify the subsidiary processing on the core with a new dashboard view that combines what was several steps into one simple workflow.
