CU*Answers, the West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO, invited clients to attend the Teller Training Day course on February 17, 2021. The Teller Training Day training is a 4-hour training course covering topics including Teller Processing, Phone Operator, Member Inquiry, and Teller Balancing Research.

Perla Costilla from AAC Credit Union stated, “The training was so full of useful information, I am not familiar with this type of system, so it was definitely nice having someone walk us through our everyday functions. I try to use my keyboard as much as I can and the fact that I can use function keys to do a command is really great. I look forward to more training.”
