Credit Unions can now take advantage of CU*Publisher’s self-service options: Mobile Manager and CU Info. Mobile Manager allows credit unions to update advertisements, colors, logos, configurable text, button links, and content. In addition, mobile app features can be turned on for RDC (mobile check deposit), member card controls, and e-statement enrollment. Mobile Manager also provides a preview window in a variety of aspect ratios that represent common mobile devices. And mobile app analytics are included with trending of the number of downloads, popular times, as well as click rates of homepage advertisements.
CU Info allows the credit union to make further updates to their mobile app. This product includes management of credit union branch locations, hours, contact information and a place for a branch photo. Regulatory information, testimonials, assist questions and up to five social media links are also available for up-to-date information.
