As of Friday, January 15, CU*Answers’ credit unions were upgraded to the TLC 360 Learning Center. Lani Lowing, Client Services and Education Team Lead states, “We hope the credit unions enjoy the new, updated look while still maintaining the same functionality they are accustomed to.” The biggest difference for clients is new icons located at the top left of the screen, which will allow credit unions to schedule courses, access training plans, help options, and allow them to close the application. These improvements should allow for more efficient use and increase their overall satisfaction with this learning solution.
