CU*Answers has launched a new online credit card processing interface, working with Fiserv. This new interface offers yet another platform that will allow credit unions the ability to have their credit cards in-house, on the CU*BASE core processing platform. “An in-house program can provide benefits to members like allowing them real-time access to their available funds as well as the ability to make real time payments within online banking. For the credit union, one benefit in addition to cost savings would be permitting them to create special promotions for increased member activity,” said Nicole Cooper SettleMINT EFT team lead.
