CU*Answers is creating a new version of credit card statements for business accounts. Business members will have the option to create a summary statement containing multiple credit card sub accounts under a single business membership. The business member will still receive their normal account statement (if applicable), but will also receive a single, multi-page summary statement that lists each individual credit card loan suffix and its transactions in a separate section. Programming is in process and we expect the new statement format to be available sometime next year.
As Pete Winninger, VP of Professional Services states, “The new layout will make it easier for the business member to monitor and reconcile expenses on all of their individual business credit card accounts”.
