Xtend brings on two assistant managers to Contact Center

Cooperative CUSO Xtend recently announced the addition of two assistant managers. Nathan VanPatten and Bryce Weaver are the newest additions to the Xtend leadership team.

Nathan VanPatten started with Xtend in 2014. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Nathan has served in many roles throughout his tenure. From call center agent, to team lead, to quality control coordinator.

Bryce Weaver comes from the YMCA where he served in several leadership roles. His latest role as the assistant manager, systems and training specialist at the contact center he brings valued experience.

VP of Business Development Jason Conrad said: “With the challenges and opportunities, we’ve seen during the pandemic, making sure the team is properly prepared to service members as effectively as possible is a paramount focus for me. I’m excited to see what new ideas Bryce and Nate will bring to the team and looking forward to working with them to take our service to the next level.”
