Xtend, a Grand Rapids-based credit union service organization, has announced its partnership with First Financial Credit Union of Chicago, Illinois, on social media marketing. In May 2020, Xtend announced a new Social Media Management product that allows Xtend and their partners to team up in a collaborative effort to design, create, implement, and report on social media marketing. This service helps credit unions save time and resources by putting most of the work in Xtend’s hands. First Financial Credit Union is the first credit union to sign up for this service with Xtend.
