CU*Answers Item Processing adds four new check processing clients

Bragg Mutual Federal Credit Union (Fayetteville, NC), UP Connection Federal Credit Union (Omaha, NE), AllWealth Federal Credit Union (Hamilton, OH) and Portsmouth Schools Federal Credit Union (Portsmouth, VA) recently converted to CU*Answers Item Processing for their member check processing. As core CU*BASE clients of CU*Answers and CU*SOUTH, the credit unions will receive unlimited free member check image copies and free implementation of member check images to It’s Me 247, CU*Answers’ home banking platform.

Two of the credit unions have also converted to mobile RDC, which is a collaborative endeavor between eDOC Innovations (backend software) and CU*Answers (mobile app).

Bundling these services is a great fit for any credit union. Electronic member check processing and mobile RDC are implemented, trained, and supported by the CU*Answers Item Processing team utilizing software provided by eDOC Innovations. Two companies working closely together resulting in one reference point for all things pertaining to check processing.
