West-Michigan based cooperative CUSO CU*Answers released a new OnDemand video on June 15th: “See/Jump Features in It’s Me 247 Online Banking.” As part of a monthly Education Express webinar series, the 30-minute video is a comprehensive guide for credit unions interested in using and offering the feature to their members. The feature allows members to log in to a primary account, then view and “jump” to their other accounts within their credit union.
Trainer Cody Smith originally taught the class in a live webinar on June 9th. He says of the tool, “See/Jump is a great, secure way to view and access all of your other memberships without having to log in to each membership separately! Viewing information within all your memberships is easy and quick when using this feature.”
The See/Jump feature is a free service that CU*Answers can activate for credit unions. Check out the video to learn more. OnDemand videos can be located and viewed on CU*Answers’ website under the “resources” tab.
