SLO FCU converts to CU*NorthWest

Liberty Lake-based core data processor, CU*NorthWest, announced that SLO FCU of San Luis Obispo, CA, successfully converted to the CU*BASE® data processing system in November 2019. The credit union represents 1,768 members and $32.6 million in assets.

SLO FCU was chartered in March of 1953. They are able to offer its members new and improved services through CU*NorthWest, including It’s Me 247 online banking, mobile banking, and electronic document storage. Credit union staff will have access to a wide variety of tracking and reporting dashboards as part of the comprehensive data processing system, allowing them to better serve existing members.

CEO, Donna Severs said “We are excited to be a part of the CU*NorthWest family! We were looking for a system that would allow us to offer our members more than our previous core could. I was first impressed with the people, and then I saw the system and all it could do and was sold! It was not a difficult decision at all and we look forward to a long relationship with CU*NorthWest.”

SLO FCU represents the 18th California-based credit union selecting CU*NorthWest as their partner for core processing services. CU*NorthWest and its customer-owners are happy to welcome CEO Donna Severs and SLO FCU to their community.
